Keemun (or qi men) is a Chinese black tea that is robust and hearty, yet bright enough not to overwhelm. A subtle sweetness is revealed when paired with peppermint, further complemented by spearmint, crushed roasted cacao beans and blue cornflower.

Serving Suggestion: start with 3-4 grams or 1 teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (boiling) then steep for 3-4 minutes.
