Dark Eyes Nightclub
Taking inspiration from a masala chai, we use Chinese black tea with hints of vanilla as a base for added body. We selected classic masala spices; cinnamon, clove, ginger, pepper, cardamom and a splash of safflower. This one is a shape shifter, so check back each season to see how it transforms. If its current form catches your eye, then best not wait.
Serving Suggestion: start with 3-4 grams or 1 teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (boiling) then steep for 3-4 minutes.
